Depending on how you use the website, we may process your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order information, pet name, dates, memorial message, uploaded pet photograph, selected product/design/theme and candle scent.

We use information to create and fulfil orders, take payment, communicate about an order, provide support, protect the service, manage stock and respond to legal or accounting obligations.

Depending on the purpose, processing may be based on taking steps to enter into or perform a contract, complying with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the shop, or consent where consent is required.

Personalisation details and uploaded photographs are used to prepare the memorial product you ordered. We do not use customer photographs for marketing without separate permission.

You should only upload a photograph you have permission to use. We process it only for fulfilment, customer support, security and related administration, as described in this policy.

Stripe processes payment details. We do not store full payment card details in our database. Stripe may process information under its own privacy documentation.

Resend may be used to send transactional messages such as order confirmations. These messages are not a newsletter and do not automatically sign you up for marketing.

Cloudflare provides hosting, infrastructure, security and storage services. D1 stores structured application data and R2 stores uploaded media where configured.

We share information only with service providers needed to run the shop, fulfil orders, take payment, send transactional email, provide hosting/storage or comply with law. We do not grant a broad perpetual marketing licence over uploaded photographs.

Some service providers may process data in countries outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards and contractual arrangements will be considered before production use.

Order records are retained as reasonably required for business, accounting and legal obligations. Uploaded media is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment and support unless a longer period is required. Abandoned drafts and uploads may be deleted sooner.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal information, object to certain processing, and receive a portable copy of information. Use the contact details in section 17 to exercise these rights.

We use access controls, secure sessions and reasonable technical measures appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
