A. Change of Mind
Our memorial stones and candles are personalised and made to order. The standard online change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised. This does not affect statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
B. Before Production
If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If production has not started, we may be able to make a change or cancel the order, but this cannot be guaranteed.
C. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item
If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or contains an error made by us, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the product or packaging where relevant. You retain your statutory rights, and we will discuss the appropriate remedy.
