1. Production Times
Products are made to order. Estimated production information will be shown during checkout where available. Production time is separate from delivery time.
2. Delivery Areas
The current checkout accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. We cannot accept an order for another destination through this checkout.
3. Delivery Charges
The current checkout does not add a separate delivery charge. The total shown before payment is the complete amount collected for the order.
4. Dispatch
We will dispatch an order after production is complete and the order has passed the fulfilment checks. Dispatch confirmation or tracking information will be provided where available.
5. Tracking
Tracking is not available for every delivery method. Where a tracking reference is provided, it will be sent using the contact details supplied with the order.
6. Delays
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. We will communicate material delays when we become aware of them.
7. Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before payment. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
8. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number, a description and photographs of the parcel and product.
