Forever Paws Memorials provides personalised memorial stones and memorial candles for pets. These terms apply to orders placed through this website.

Product images, dimensions, colours and materials are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Small differences may occur between a screen preview and a finished physical product.

Our products are made to order using the information and options selected by the customer. Personalised products may not be suitable for a standard change-of-mind return once production has started, subject to your statutory rights.

You confirm that you have the right to use any photograph or other content you upload. You must not upload content that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful. We use uploaded content only as reasonably necessary to create and fulfil your order and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Marketing use would require separate permission.

The preview is a representation of the finished product. Screen settings, printing or sublimation, material and lighting can cause small colour differences. Cropping follows the selected layout. These normal differences do not automatically mean that a product is faulty, but they do not remove your rights where a product is actually faulty or does not match your order.

Prices and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is not accepted merely because an online payment attempt has been started.

You are responsible for checking the pet name, dates, message, photo, product, design and candle scent before submitting an order. We produce the memorial using the information you send us.

We may contact you if information is missing, an item is unavailable, or an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. A payment confirmation does not prevent us from correcting an obvious error or contacting you about a problem with the order.

Production starts after the order and personalisation details have been received. Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an order.

Delivery information is explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Production time and delivery time are different. We will use the delivery details submitted at checkout.

See our Returns & Refunds policy. We will try to help with a cancellation or correction requested before production begins, but this may not always be possible.

Personalised products and statutory rights are addressed in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the order, contact us with the order number, a description of the problem and photographs of the product or packaging where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalisation details, selecting the correct product and scent, checking the preview and providing a safe and accurate delivery address.

Our website, branding, layouts, copy and original designs belong to Forever Paws Memorials or their respective rights holders. You retain rights in content you upload, subject to the limited permission needed to fulfil your order.

We do not limit or exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Any other limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside our control. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and resume fulfilment when possible.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order will be the version available when the order is placed.

These terms are intended for customers in the UK and Northern Ireland. The applicable law and courts will depend on the customer's location and the mandatory consumer protections that apply.
